In the Applications panel, click on Statistics (, ) or Statistics > View Statistics.

5. I keep having problems downloading and installing new statistics.. Check the configuration window and attempt to open statistics again.
6. I have been trying to set up statistics for my device(s) and I keep having problems when I try to download statistics.
Double-click the device that you wish to use as the client.

Enter the name and IP address of your device in the Device Name and IP Address fields, respectively.
Ensure that the User name field is blank.

7. I don’t see the statistics that I expect.
Check whether your device is visible in the Statistics pane of the Statistics panel.

On Windows, the device will be registered automatically upon connection, and the registration will be confirmed when the Statistics pane of the Statistics panel is open.
On Mac OS X, when a device is registered to the Statistics server, its name will be added to the list of registered clients. The statistics data for that device will be displayed in the Statistics pane.
On UNIX, the client’s name will be registered to the server, and statistics data for that device will be displayed in the Statistics pane.
If the device is not registered, follow these steps to register the device:
